Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CatapultMe ("the Service"), operated by Eat Lebo Group LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

CatapultMe is an AI-assisted platform that helps you draft, refine, and manage content for LinkedIn. The Service may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

The Service integrates with LinkedIn through LinkedIn's official OAuth and APIs. Your use of any LinkedIn features through the Service is also governed by the LinkedIn User Agreement and LinkedIn Platform Policies.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from LinkedIn outside of the official LinkedIn APIs.
• Automate actions on LinkedIn in a way that violates LinkedIn's terms.
• Send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content.

You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from within the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to or generate through the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for User Content and for anything you publish to LinkedIn or elsewhere using the Service.

The Service uses third-party AI providers (currently including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini) to generate suggestions and drafts. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing them.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful.

Some features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and feature inclusions are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eat Lebo Group LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eat Lebo Group LTD from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
